April - Step One
You will need to cut several 2 1/2" strips as follows:

Lt Medium Cut ___2.5" strips |

Sub cut these into2.5x4.5" rectangles. You will need: ____ Rectangles/Geese |

Dark Cut ____2.5" strips |

Sub Cut the dark into 2 1/2" squares. You will need:___Squares |

Lay one dark square on the left side of the Lt Med rectangle, Draw a diagonal line and sew from corner to corner.
I am using blue for Dark, so that you can see the drawn line.
Trim seam to 1/4".
Press the dark triangle awa. Lay another dark square on the other side of the rectangle.
Sew on the line, trim to 1/4" and press to create a 'flying geese' block
Proper Coloration would produce a Medium Goose with a Dark Background!
