You'll be seeing STARS !!!
Step Two

Step Three is up!!!
In Step Two we are going to use the 'lightest' fabrics and your 'other' dark fabric. Remember the stars would show up in two colors. The first one was used in Step One, and this will be the other color. (I used a wide variety of white on white fabrics for my lights.)
First you will cut 2 1/2" strips from your light fabric according to the following chart:
| Small Quilt | 12 strips |
| Medium Quilt | 23 strips |
| Large Quilt | 36 strips |
Sub cut these strips into 10 1/2" x 2 1/2" pieces. You should be able to get 4 from each strip.
Next you will cut 2 1/2" strips of your 'other' dark fabric. Sub cut these to create 2 1/2" squares.
| Small | 6 strips | 90 squares other dark |
| Medium | 12 strips | 180 squares other dark |
| Large | 18 strips | 288 squares other dark |
Time to SEW! Using the same technique we used in step one, draw a diagonal on each square, and sew according to the diagram. Notice that these seams are both going diagonally the SAME way, compared to the ones in step one. Trim the excess on the dotted line 1/4" away from the seam.

Now, here is another way to be creative. Instead of sewing the diagonal, you might FOLD them on the diagonal and sew the two edges of the triangle. This leaves the Flap open at the diagonal... sort of a hiding place for whatever!!!
Remember, if something is not 'clear', I want to know about it.
Have FUN with this !!!
