The final assembly takes all the existing pieces, and adds one 2.5" square to create the block (with built in sashing) as seen below

The selection of color in this square depends on how you want the corner star to appear. Perhaps you want it to blend with the four pinwheel points, or you want to tie it in with the diagonal effect of the Nine Patches. Maybe you will use the color you choose to use in your Border. When the blocks are arranged they will look something like this.

Why not print it out and do some coloring???
